What if I told you that you can set boundaries with your phone and social media. You can begin to reconnect with the world around you - there’s special tools and apps to help you. You can even create a personal strategy to help you manage how you use your phone daily.

I want to help you. I’ve been studying and experimenting with my own phone usage and how I use social media. I wasn’t sure I could create this class, but two years ago I took a trip to Santa Fe that inspired me. After immersing myself in the amazing art of Meow Wolf and other museums in Santa Fe, I realized I was so much happier putting my phone away and being in the present moment.

Could I keep carrying this feeling and help others achieve it too?

I spoke with a number of folks and they too agreed, they wanted guidance on learning how to manage their phone and social media, Luckily, I was able to capture all of that information in this class.

This class is the result of my last 8 years of experimentations and ways to use my phone less and my relationship with social media .

Hi, I’m Nedra Rezinas! I’ve been an early adopter on social media and tech. I was on Twitter and Facebook in the beginning and loved getting my first iPhone about 15 years ago. I’ve also ran a web design business for 16 years and have studied and taught digital marketing for the past 8 years.

About seven years ago, I began to notice my own addiction to my phone and social media. I also noticed the effects they have on my mental health and others. I’ve been experimenting with ways to have a healthier relationship with social media and phone usage and wanted to share those with others.
