Here’s some tools and software I can highly recommend. Some of these I’ve been using for years:

Convert Kit
Email newsletters are an excellent alternative to social media. Did you know that one newsletter can live in someone’s inbox for up to 2 years? Social media maybe has the length of 7 days. Hop on the newsletter train and connect with your community!
Calendly
Calendly has changed how I do business. Now I can have a client pay for a service, book a time with me and fill out a questionnaire in one swing! A few years ago, I had to use 3 different pieces of software to do this. I LOVE Calendly and will share how it works with my clients.
Stripe
Stripe is an excellent way to receive payment, once I set up an account (it can take a few days) I can connect it to work with many of the apps I have listed here including Calendly. I love that I can create reports and see where my money is coming from. Stripe feels much safer and more modern than what Paypal offers!
Less Annoying CRM
This tool has changed my life, I now have a place where all of my contacts go and I can track how often I follow up with them, where leads are at in the sales process and more. I recommend this tool to most of my clients and it really is “Less Annoying” and easy to use.
MoonClerk
One of the easiest ways to do recurring payments or One time only payments. Moonclerk lets you set up templates and offers different payment types and so much more, I’ve been pleased to work with them for over 4 years now!
LastPass
LastPass has literally saved my life, helping me safely store over 200 passwords over the many years I’ve been using them. Only remembering one password is a godsend in the world we live in. I use the phone app daily and love how easy it is to operate.
Evernote
Evernote is my go-to place store for information. I've been a super user since 2012 and use it daily as a way to store and share information for my person and business life. I love the syncing ability between my laptop and phone.

Check out this site for fun small gifts to send to clients, referrals and other people in your community.
Loom
Loom is a hero of mine. It’s easy to use software that does an amazing job of capturing short or long videos. I love how the company has supported the education world during the pandemic by making their software free for schools.
FB Purity
I’m not on Facebook much these days, but I use this mighty chrome plugin to control how and what I see. You can turn off stories, ads, news and so much more. I really appreciate having that control!
